Pardeep Kumar has been working from the office here in Sas Nagar for quite some time now. It’s located in Phase-2 B, specifically at H.No.R.55 in the Sector-74 area. If you know the Industrial Focal Point, you know it's a busy spot with lots of activity going on all day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where drawings get done and plans are laid out on big tables. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking over site maps. We deal with various building designs and local regulations which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first set up here. There’s always some construction or noise from the nearby industrial units, but it keeps things interesting. Usually, someone is around to answer questions if you drop by, though it’s often just a mess of papers and coffee mugs. We’ve handled a lot of different projects over the years, mostly focusing on what people in this part of town need for their homes or small business spaces. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations; it's more about getting the lines right and making sure the structure is solid. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign while driving through the sector. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get out to the sites in Sas Nagar, so we just stay in and work on the computer models. It works for us.
