Nirmal Sharma Associates

Our office is Nirmal Sharma Associates and we are based in Sector 17, specifically in the 17 C block. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets. Finding a parking spot near our building is usually a daily struggle for us. We’ve been in this same spot for quite a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s filled with stacks of paper, old rolls of drawings, and plenty of empty tea cups. We don't try to sound like a big fancy firm from the city center. We are just local people who know how to put a building plan together. We spend our days working on site layouts and structural details. It's a lot of sitting and a lot of calculating. Some days it feels like we are just staring at the same line on a screen for hours. People from around the sector stop by with different projects. It might be a small house renovation or a new shop front. We just take a look and give our honest take on it. We don't use those complicated words that nobody understands. We just tell you where the walls can go. The work is steady enough to keep us busy. We like being in Sector 17 C because everything we need is close by. It’s a bit noisy, but you get used to it after a few years. We just keep doing our thing, one drawing at a time.
