New Tamilnadu Caterers

Our spot is over in Sec-47D, specifically in Sector-47. It’s not a very large place, but New Tamilnadu Caterers manages to get a lot done inside those walls. Most mornings start before the sun is even up because the cooking takes time. We deal with a lot of big pots and heavy bags of rice. The floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning the vegetables, and the air always smells like spices. People in the neighborhood know where we are. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that; it's just a working kitchen where things get done. We spend most of our day packing boxes and loading them into the small van parked outside. Sometimes the traffic in Sector-47 makes it hard to get out on time, but we try our best. The staff here has been around for a while, so everyone knows their job without being told. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. We just focus on the food and making sure it gets to where it needs to be. It’s a lot of manual labor, lifting heavy containers and standing on your feet for hours. By the end of the day, we’re all pretty tired, but we come back and do it again the next morning. It’s just a normal local business trying to keep things moving. We just take it one day at a time.
