Negi Jai Kishan Architect

I’m Jai Kishan Negi, and I run my architecture office from 5546/3 in the Modern Housing Complex over in Manimajra. It’s a busy area and the complex has its own vibe. I’ve been working out of this space for a good while, helping people with their homes and small commercial spots. Being in Manimajra means I get a lot of different types of projects, from old houses needing a total overhaul to new spots in the complex. I spend my time drafting, checking on construction sites, and meeting with people who aren't quite sure what they can do with their space. My office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where I can focus on the plans. I handle the technical drawings and the filings for the housing board, which can be a lot of work. I like to keep the process simple for the people I work with because I know building things can be stressful. We talk about the layout, where the light comes in, and how to use the space better. It’s just me here most of the time, so when you call or visit, you’re talking to the person actually doing the work. I enjoy the practical side of architecture, making sure things are built to last and fit the needs of the families living there at 5546/3.
