Navroop Architect

Navroop Architect is based over at 314 in Sector 46A. It’s a local practice where I handle most of the design and planning work myself. I’ve been in this sector for a while and I’ve seen how the houses here have changed over the years. My office is a part of my daily life, and I usually have a few different sets of plans spread out on my table at any given time. I work with people who are looking to build something new or just want to renovate what they already have. Architecture can be a bit slow sometimes because of all the approvals and the time it takes to get everything right, but I try to keep things moving. I don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of my work comes from people nearby who have seen what I do. I like the hands-on part of the job, like going to the site and seeing if the walls are going up the way we planned. It’s a lot of talking to masons and plumbers to make sure the drawings are being followed. Sector 46A is a good home base for this kind of work. It’s centrally located for me and easy for clients to find at 314. I just try to provide a solid service that helps people get their buildings finished without too many surprises along the way.
