Nandwani Varsha Architect

My name is Varsha Nandwani and I run my architecture work out of House No.11 in Sector 15A. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so setting up my practice here felt natural. It’s a quiet street, which is good when I need to concentrate on detailed drawings or calculations. Most of my days are spent right here, working on residential projects for people in the neighborhood or nearby sectors. Architecture is a lot of small details that people don't always see until they start living in the house. I try to focus on making things functional. If a door is in the wrong place, it ruins the whole room, so I spend a lot of time thinking about things like that. I don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you're usually seeing me at my desk surrounded by rolls of paper. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how I work best. People know me around here as someone who just gets the job done without a lot of fuss. I deal with the local building codes and the contractors so the owners don't have to get their hands too dirty with the technical side of things. It’s a small, local operation, and I like it that way because I can actually talk to my clients and understand what they want for their homes. I've been at House No.11 for many years now.
