Namita Architect

I set up Namita Architect over at 766-A in Sector 78 because it’s a growing area and there’s always something being built. I’ve always liked how buildings come together, from just a sketch on a napkin to actual bricks and mortar. My office is pretty simple, mostly just a big table and my computer where I do all the drafting. People from around Sector 78 come in when they want to renovate their place or if they’ve finally bought a plot and want to start from scratch. It’s a lot of back and forth, talking about what’s possible and what the budget allows. I try to keep it real with people. Sometimes what they want doesn't fit the space, and we have to find a middle ground. I handle the drawings and the technical stuff that the municipality asks for. It can be a bit of a headache with the paperwork, but that's part of the job. I’ve been at this address for a bit now, and I like the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s not a corporate firm where you talk to a secretary and never see the boss. You just talk to me. We sit down, look at the site plan, and see what we can do. It’s honest work, and I enjoy seeing the houses actually get finished after months of planning. My office is just a local spot at 766-A for people to get their plans sorted.
