Miglani Priyanka Architect

Miglani Priyanka Architect is located at H.No.1713 in Sector 23B. It’s a quiet residential area, and the office is part of the house. This makes it a very informal place to work. I don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. It’s mostly just me surrounded by books, pens, and stacks of paper. I like to start my designs with hand sketches before moving them onto the computer. There is something about drawing on paper that just feels more real. Sector 23B is a good place to be because it’s not as noisy as the city center. Clients come by and we sit in the small workspace to go over their ideas. I usually have a pot of tea going. I don't spend any money on marketing or polished brochures. I just show people my previous work and we go from there. A lot of my time is spent visiting sites to make sure the builders are following the plans. It means I spend a lot of time on my old scooter, zigzagging through traffic. It’s hard work and the hours can be very long, especially when I’m trying to finish a design by a certain date. I don't have any corporate slogans. I just try to do a good job so people are happy with their homes in Sector 23B. It is a one-person operation but it stays very busy.
