Meenu Architect

Our place, Meenu Architect, is over in Sector-30 B at A-70. It’s one of those parts of town where things feel a bit more spread out. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep all the drafting equipment and some old models that have gathered a bit of dust over the years. We’ve got some large windows that look out onto the street, which is nice when the sun isn't too hot. Most days involve a lot of sitting around the main table, looking at layouts and arguing over where a wall should go or why a door won't fit right. It is not a very formal environment. Half the time, the floor is covered in scraps of paper and bits of eraser. We try to keep it organized, but by Wednesday, everything usually ends up in a heap again. We have a small cupboard for our files, but it’s been full for months, so now things just live on top of the chairs we don’t use. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go if the office feels too cramped, but usually, we just stay inside with the AC running. Someone usually brings in some snacks from the bakery down the road, and we take a break around noon. It’s a steady kind of life, just drawing and planning and making sure the measurements add up at the end of the day. We don't worry too much about the decor as long as we can find our rulers.
