We've been here on Mugal Majra Road for a bit now. People in Sector 49 know where to find us. It's just a regular place, nothing fancy. We mostly handle the daily rush. Alour 15 isn't the busiest spot, but it's where we set up. Usually, the kitchen gets busy around lunch. We try to keep things moving. There’s a lot of noise from the road sometimes. The chairs are just standard ones. It gets dusty outside, so we clean the windows a lot. It’s mostly locals who stop by. We have some regulars who come every single day. They don't even look at the menu anymore. We just know what they want. The weather in Alour can be a bit much in the summer. We have a couple of fans going to keep it okay. Most days it’s just us working through the orders. Nothing too complicated. We started out small and stayed that way. It's easier to manage things when it's not a huge operation. Sometimes we run out of stuff early if it’s a big crowd. That’s just how it goes here. We don't have a big sign or anything. You just see the door. If you’re walking down Sector 49, you might miss it if you aren't looking. We’re just here doing our thing day in and day out. It is what it is.
