My workspace is at H.No.1656 in Sector-70, over in Sas Nagar, Mohali. I have been practicing architecture from this location for many years. It is a quiet residential street, which is perfect for focusing on design work and blueprints. The office is basically a dedicated space in my home where I keep all my samples, drawings, and my computer setup. I do not have a large staff or a fancy downtown office. It is just me and the occasional help when a project gets complicated. Most of the people who come to me are locals looking to build a new house or maybe add a floor to their existing one. We sit down, have some tea, and look at what is possible within the local rules. Sector-70 is a nice part of Mohali, and I am glad to be based here. I handle the planning, the layouts, and all the back-and-forth with the municipal office. It can be a slow process, but I try to keep things moving. My approach is pretty down to earth. I do not use a lot of big words or complicated jargon. I just want to make sure the building is safe and looks the way the owner wants.
