Kochhar Cuisine Catering Services

We are located at 1045 in Gokul Nagar, over in Sector 46. Kochhar Cuisine Catering Services is basically a family-run thing that started in our own kitchen. Now we have this space where we prep everything. It always smells like spices and fresh bread around here, which the neighbors don't seem to mind too much. Sector 46 is a quiet enough place, and we like being tucked away in Gokul Nagar. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights. It’s more of a practical workspace for cooking. We spend our mornings at the market picking out vegetables and our afternoons getting everything ready for the orders. Sometimes the stove acts up or we run out of containers, and we have to scramble. It’s not a perfect operation, but the food is good and people seem to like it. We’ve been doing this for years, and we’ve fed a lot of people in the area. We don't use fancy titles or anything. I’m usually the one washing the big pots at the end of the day. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we’re a five-star hotel. We’re just local caterers. The floor is usually a bit sticky by 5 PM, but we clean it up and start over the next day. That’s just the life of a catering crew in a place like this. We just keep our heads down and cook.
