Khalsa Special Marriage Bhaji

Over in Sector 22, we run Khalsa Special Marriage Bhaji. As the name suggests, we mostly deal with the boxes of sweets and snacks people give out during weddings. It’s a tradition that we take pretty seriously, even though our shop itself is quite modest. Sector 22 is a busy hub, so we get people coming from all over the city to talk about their wedding orders. Our place is often filled with cardboard boxes and ribbons because there is always an order being packed. It gets pretty chaotic during the peak wedding months. We might have flour on our clothes and sugar on the floor, but that’s the reality of making Bhaji by hand. We don't use big machines to do everything. A lot of it is done just the way it used to be. We don't have a fancy showroom. People usually just come in, taste a few things, and tell us how many boxes they need. We’ve had some long nights where we stay up late just to make sure a delivery is ready for a morning ceremony. It’s a lot of pressure because you don't want to mess up someone’s big day. But we’ve been doing this in Sector 22 for a long time now. We aren't perfect, and sometimes we run out of a certain type of box, but we always find a way to make it work for the families who trust us.
