Kaushal Rachit Architect

You can find us at No.C3F on the first floor of Unicity Mystic Homes. We are right on the Zirakpur-Chandigarh Highway, which is almost always busy. Most people use Hotel Mittaso as a landmark to find us since we are very close to it. Kaushal Rachit Architect is just a small office where a few of us work. We spend a lot of time at our desks or looking at different plans. The highway noise is a constant backdrop to our day, but we don't really notice it much anymore. It’s just part of being in this location. We like being on the first floor because it gives us a bit of a view of the road without being right in the middle of the dust. The office is pretty simple, with just our tables and some computers. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. Being on the highway makes it easy for us to get around when we need to visit sites. We have been here for a while and we know the other businesses in Unicity Mystic Homes. It’s a practical spot for us. We aren't interested in looking fancy or corporate. We just want a place to do our work and meet with folks when we need to. It works out well for us and keeps things moving along.
