I have been working as an architect here at H.No.237/1 in Phase-3B1 for quite a while now. Most of my days are spent at the drawing board or checking out construction sites nearby. It is a small operation, just me and a little bit of help when the projects get heavy. People usually find the house easily enough once they get into the phase. I handle all sorts of building plans and local permits, which can be a real headache if you do not know the local ropes. It is not anything fancy, just a room turned into an office where we talk about where walls should go or how to get more light into a kitchen. I try to keep things straightforward with everyone. Sometimes the coffee is cold because I get caught up in a sketch, but that is just how it goes when you are busy. Living and working in the same area means I see a lot of the same faces, and I really like that. We deal with the usual local building rules and try to make sure everything is solid before the builders start digging. If you are walking around Phase-3B1, you might see the sign. It is a quiet spot, good for focusing on the details that actually matter. There is no big team here, just honest work on houses and small projects. I have seen the neighborhood change over the years, and I have helped a few neighbors fix up their places too.
