Our office is at 667 in Harmilap Nagar. It is right in the Baltana area of Mohali. If you are looking for an architect, this is the place where we do all our drawing and planning. It is a local spot, not one of those big corporate buildings in the middle of the city. We have been working from this address for quite a long time. The space is usually full of rolls of paper and pencils. We spend most of the day looking at floor plans and making adjustments. It gets a bit messy sometimes with all the different sketches lying around, but that is just how we work. People from around the district stop by to talk about their houses or shops. Maybe they want to add an extra room or build something completely new from the ground up. We just listen and see what is possible on the land they have. It is a lot of measuring and double-checking the local building codes. Baltana is a busy place, but our office stays quiet so we can focus on the technical side of things. We do not go for anything fancy or expensive in the office. It is just practical advice and drawings that builders can actually follow. It is just us here, working through the piles of folders and blueprints. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites to see how the construction is going. But usually, you will find us at the desk in Harmilap Nagar. It's a small place but it works.
