Our office is set up at House No.623/A in the Guru Nank Pura area of Dera Bassi. We have been doing architecture work around here for quite a few years now. It is a local business and we don't try to make it look like something it isn't. Mostly, it is just a place where we sit down and work on building plans and drawings. It is a quiet mohalla, which is good when you need to focus on measurements and site layouts. We handle a lot of the local paperwork and technical stuff that people need for their houses in the Sas Nagar district. It isn't a big fancy studio with glass walls. It is a practical space with a couple of desks, lots of paper rolls, and some old computers that still do the job. We spend a lot of our time sketching out rooms and making sure the dimensions are right. Sometimes people come in with just a rough idea in their head and we try to put it on paper for them. We are just regular people who know how to draw buildings. There is no corporate talk here. We just tell you what can be built and how it needs to be done. Most days are spent looking at maps or talking to contractors on the phone. We are usually at the office from the morning until it gets dark. It is a simple life and the work is steady.
