Jigyasu Rohit Architect

Rohit Jigyasu runs this architecture firm from House No.105 in Sector 16-A. This part of town has a lot of trees and is generally a calm place to work on designs. We have been working from this address for a while now, and it has served us well for all kinds of projects. Architecture takes a lot of patience, and being in Sector 16-A provides the right kind of environment for that. A typical day involves staring at a screen for a few hours, then maybe switching to hand-drawn sketches when the ideas need to flow a bit better. We have piles of magazines and books for reference, and the shelves are a bit disorganized with old project files. Clients usually come over to the house and we sit in the office area to go over what they need. It’s a very low-key way of doing business. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks; we just show what we have drawn and talk about how the construction will go. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just arguing over where a window should be placed to get the best breeze. It is just real, everyday work that helps people get their houses built or renovated. The atmosphere is relaxed, and there is always a sense of just trying to do a solid job on every plan that comes across the desk.
