Jain Neelam Architect

Neelam Jain has an architecture practice located at 2541 in Sector 19-C. It is one of those spots in the city that feels very established. The office itself is not some big glass building; it is a regular place where the actual work happens every day. There are rows of folders filled with old projects and plenty of desk space for spreading out large blueprints. Much of the day is spent dealing with the technical side of building things, like making sure the drainage is right or that the rooms are the correct size for the city rules. Sector 19-C is a good location because it is central and easy for clients to drop in without getting lost. We usually have a few different things going on at once, so there is always some drawing to finish or a site report to write up. It’s a bit of a quiet office, mostly just the sound of a computer fan and the occasional phone call. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing. People come here when they need a plan drawn up or want to know if their ideas for a house will actually work in real life. It is mostly just about being practical and getting the drawings done so the builders can start their work on time. The furniture is a bit old, and the walls are covered with sketches, but it’s a comfortable place to sit and think about buildings and designs.
