Himanshu Dua Architect

I'm Himanshu Dua and I run my architecture practice out of Sector-15/B. The office is at number 1229. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. I’ve been working as an architect for some time now, mostly focusing on local projects. Sector-15/B is a quiet area, which is good when I need to concentrate on blueprints or site plans. My day usually starts early with a lot of coffee and a lot of drawing. It's just me here most of the time, so things are pretty informal. I don't go for those big corporate meetings. I prefer just talking to people about what they want to build. Sometimes I'm out at construction sites, so the office might be locked for a few hours. If you're looking for 1229, it’s right in the middle of the sector. It’s not hard to find. I handle the design work from start to finish. There are always piles of paper and rulers on my desk. Architecture is a lot of measuring and checking rules, which takes up a lot of my time. It’s honest work. I like seeing a house go from a sketch on my desk to a real building people can live in.
