Ghazal Caterer

Ghazal Caterer is tucked into the SCO-186-188 block over in Sector-17C. If you know Chandigarh, you know 17 is always buzzing with people. We’ve been part of that noise for a while. Our space covers a few units because we need the room for all the equipment. It’s a busy operation most days of the week. We aren't the type to put out big glossy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who saw us at a friend's party or a community event and asked for our number. The kitchen stays loud and there’s always someone chopping something or washing up. We don't really have a quiet season. Even when things slow down, we’re usually fixing something or cleaning the big pots. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but we are used to it by now. We’ve seen the sector change quite a bit, new shops opening and old ones closing, but we just keep doing what we do. We try to stay out of the way and just get the food delivered on time. Sometimes traffic in Sector-17 makes that a challenge, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over the years. We aren't looking to be the biggest in town, just reliable. When people hire us, they know what they’re getting—honest food made by people who live right here in the city and work every day to keep things moving along for our customers.
