Gangwar Gaurav Architect

Our office is located right inside the PEC Campus in Sector 12, at unit 5022. It is a quiet spot most of the time, being situated on a campus and away from the main road. Gaurav spends a lot of hours here working on different design projects and sketches. Since we are tucked away in the campus area, it does not feel like we are in the middle of a noisy city. We handle a lot of the usual architecture tasks like drawing up plans and checking on site requirements. Sometimes the room gets a bit cramped with all the folders and sample materials lying around on the floor. It is just how we work. The light in the afternoon is actually quite good through the large windows. We do not have a big team or anything like that, just a couple of people focusing on the work at hand. Most of our day involves looking at site layouts and making sure everything fits where it is supposed to go. It is a lot of technical work, to be honest. People stop by to discuss their plots or ask about building regulations in the area. We try to keep things straightforward and just tell people what can be done with their space. There is not much to say about the office itself, as it is just a functional room where we keep our tools and computers. Sometimes we grab lunch nearby on the campus. It is a decent place.
