Food Prints

We are located at 5648 in Sector-38(West). The space at Food Prints is a bit tucked away, which suits us just fine because we spend most of our time in the kitchen anyway. It’s a functional setup with stainless steel counters and various ovens that we’ve had for years. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just some calendars on the wall and a few shelves for the spices and dry goods. We start early to get the prep work out of the way before the orders start coming in. You will usually see someone at the counter checking the ingredient list or weighing out portions for the day’s menu. We have a small area for packaging where we stack the boxes and bags. The floor is concrete and we have to be careful with the wet spots near the sinks. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know how to handle the rush. The phone is usually sitting on a sack of rice or a nearby shelf so we can hear it over the sound of the exhaust fan. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders at once, but we manage to stay out of each other's way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the cooking, making sure every container is closed tight before it goes out the door.
