Food Planet

Food Planet is basically just Shop Number 84. We’ve been running things from this little spot for quite some time. It's not a huge place, and sometimes it feels like we’re tripping over each other when the orders start piling up. We mostly focus on getting the food out fast. The stove is always on and there’s always someone chopping something in the back. We didn't really think much about the name, it just sounded okay at the time. You won't find anything too fancy here. Just regular food made by regular people who need to pay the bills. The floor gets a bit slippery sometimes and the lighting isn't the best, but the kitchen equipment is solid. We get our supplies from the local market nearby every other day. It’s a routine that works for us. Most of the people who come here are regulars who live or work within walking distance. We don't really do social media or anything like that. If someone likes the food, they tell their friends, and that’s how we stay in business. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, but other days we don’t even have time to sit down. It’s just the way it goes in the food business. We just try to make sure the containers are packed right so nothing leaks during the walk to someone’s house. When it rains, the roof makes a loud tapping sound that we’ve all just gotten used to over the years.
