About Dhiman Sapna Architect – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Chandigarh
If you go to the Modern Housing Complex in Manimajra, you’ll find our place at 5349/3. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood, and there are always people moving around outside. The office itself is tucked into the block, so you have to look for the number on the door. It’s not a very large space, but we managed to fit in three desks and a storage shelf for all the site files. There is a lot of paper around—blueprints, notes, and old site photos pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time on the computers, especially in the afternoons when the sun gets quite bright through the side window. The air conditioner hums a bit too loudly, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. Most of the people who come by are just looking for advice on their homes or wanting to see how their plans are coming along. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we’re right there at our desks. There is a small tea stall near the entrance of the complex where we usually go when we need a break from the screen. It’s a practical setup that lets us get through the daily grind of drawings and meetings without too much fuss. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and it feels familiar to everyone who works here.
