My office is at House Number 377 in Sector-30 A. The business is run under the name Dharaminder Kumar Bahl Architect. I’ve been working out of this Sector-30 A location for a long time. It’s basically a home office setup where I handle all the architectural work myself or with a bit of help. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice for focusing on technical drawings. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy reception area. When people come by, they usually just meet me at my desk. It’s a very straightforward way of working. I handle everything from the initial sketches to the final plans that go to the builders. I’ve seen this neighborhood change over the years, and I’ve worked on quite a few houses nearby. I don’t use any slick marketing talk or try to sound bigger than I am. I’m just an architect doing my job one project at a time. Most of my clients are local people who need help with their homes. I try to be honest about what can be done and how much it might cost. Sometimes I’m out visiting sites to check on progress, so the office is closed then. It’s a small, practical business that keeps me busy enough without needing to be flashy. People seem to appreciate the direct approach I take with their projects. I don't mind the quiet pace here, it lets me get the details right without too much distraction.
