We’re based in Chandigarh, specifically over in Sector 27. Our office is House Number 27 on the second floor. It’s a typical Chandigarh setup with the sectors and the tree-lined streets. We are in the 27A part of the sector. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the neighborhood, which is nice during the spring season. The stairs are a bit narrow, so we always tell people to watch their step when they come up. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of storage for our architectural drawings. We don’t have any big signs outside, just a small one by the bell. It’s a quiet place to work most of the time. We try to keep things tidy, but when we’re in the middle of a project, there are papers everywhere. We’ve been in this sector for quite some time now. It’s a comfortable area, not too loud but close enough to the markets if we need to grab lunch. We handle our own phones and walk-ins, so it’s a very direct way of doing things. There is no corporate vibe here at all. We just sit at our computers or drafting tables and get the hours in. The sunlight hits the windows in the afternoon and makes it a bit warm, but the fans do their job. It’s just a plain, functional office in a regular Chandigarh house where we get things done.
