Chinese Food Street

We’re located in Sector 15. The kitchen is always hot and you can usually smell the garlic and ginger from down the street. It’s a small place, mostly focused on getting the food out fast. We don't have fancy tablecloths or anything like that. It’s more about the big woks and the high flames. Some nights it gets really crowded and people are standing around waiting for their noodles or manchurian. We try to keep up, but when the dinner rush hits, it’s a bit of a scramble. The floor gets a little slippery by the end of the shift, no matter how much we scrub it. We’ve got a few tables out front, but most people just grab their bags and go. We use a lot of vegetables every day, so there is always someone in the back chopping something. It’s loud, busy, and sometimes a bit chaotic, but that’s just how a food stall works. We don't have a big menu, just the things we know how to cook well. It’s a simple setup. You can see us cooking right there behind the counter. We’ve been here for a bit and the regulars know our faces by now. It’s not a quiet dinner spot, but it’s definitely got some life to it. We just keep the burners going for whoever stops by.
