Chander Kiran Premi Architect

We are over here at E-6 in the sector near the Hq Cwe (Af) area. It’s a quiet enough spot most days, though things get busy when projects are in full swing. My name is Chander Kiran Premi and I’ve been doing this for quite some time now. Usually, you’ll find me at the desk covered in rolls of paper and half-empty tea cups. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the drawings right. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and making sure the measurements actually make sense before anyone starts digging. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan while I work through a tricky corner of a floor plan. People from around the neighborhood stop by to ask about building stuff or just to see how a project is coming along. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others trying to keep things organized. I don’t like overcomplicating things. If a wall needs to be somewhere, it needs to be there for a reason. Working near the military area means we have to be pretty precise about how we handle the paperwork. It’s a lot of back and forth with the local authorities, which can be a bit of a headache, but that’s just how it goes here. We just try to get the job done without too much fuss or unnecessary delays if we can help it.
