Casino Food Zone

Casino Food Zone is tucked away in Sector 38, specifically in the Jyotiba Nagar area near Gate No 69. Our actual spot is number 53. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but the locals know the way. We started this place because we wanted to have something of our own in the neighborhood. Every day we come in, check the supplies, and get the stove going. The area around Gate No 69 is mostly residential, so we see a lot of families and kids playing nearby. It’s a quiet part of Sector 38 compared to the market areas. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to run things. It’s just us, the pots and pans, and the customers who walk through the door. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost finding number 53, so we have to go out and wave them down. The kitchen isn't very big, so we have to stay organized or everything becomes a mess within an hour. We try to keep things simple and honest. If the food is good, people come back, and that’s basically how we’ve stayed open. We don't really do much advertising; word of mouth from the people in Jyotiba Nagar is usually enough to keep us busy. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it feels good to be a part of the local community here.
