Bhuvnesh Architect

Our office, Bhuvnesh Architect, is at 167, Hh/Eb in Nangal Township. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate on blueprints. The building is a bit older and has that specific smell of old paper and pencil shavings. We’ve got a couple of drafting tables that have been here since we started. They aren't the newest models but they still work fine for us. Sometimes the power flickers in the township but we just wait it out and get back to it. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people knowing where we are. Usually, someone’s cousin or neighbor tells them about us and they show up at the door. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are being built. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Our chairs are a bit worn out from sitting so long but we don't mind. We keep a kettle in the back for making coffee throughout the day. The windows look out onto the street so we can see who’s coming and going. It’s a basic way to run an architecture practice but it’s how we like to do things here in Nangal. We just stay busy with whatever comes across our desks and try to stay organized as much as possible. It is a simple life and we enjoy the steady work.
