You can find Barqat Cuisines Private Limited over in Sector 63, at house number 2140-D. This part of Chandigarh is a bit further out, but it is a growing area. We have set up our kitchen here to focus on different types of cuisines. It is not a massive restaurant with hundreds of tables. We keep it more on the modest side. Most of our work happens in the kitchen where we spend most of our hours. We do not have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just do the cooking and cleaning ourselves. Sector 63 has a lot of new buildings and people moving in. We are trying to find our place in the neighborhood. We do not use any of those best in town phrases. We just make food and hope people like it enough to come back. Some days it is really quiet and we just sit around talking. Other days, we are rushing to get everything ready. It is just the nature of the food business. We buy our vegetables and meat from the local markets. Nothing is overly fancy or imported from far away. We stick to what we know how to cook well. The space is a bit small, but we make it work. It is just us and a few helpers. We are not looking to become a giant chain. We just want to keep the kitchen running and the bills paid. That is the long and short of it for us here.
