Bansal Shini Architect

We’ve been set up here at 4677, Block-P in Darshan Vihar for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Sector-68, but we like the energy of the area. Most days you’ll find us hunched over drawings or talking to people about their house plans. Bansal Shini Architect isn't some giant firm with fancy lobbies and people in suits. It’s just us working through the details. People stop by often to ask about permits or how to make a small room feel bigger without spending too much. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and old coffee mugs everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We handle the technical stuff so the building actually stands up right. It takes a lot of time to get the lines straight on paper before any bricks ever get moved on the site. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first started, with more residential buildings going up every single month. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the job at hand. It’s not always glamorous work, especially when the weather is bad and we have to go out and visit muddy sites. But it’s what we do. If you’re walking around Sector-68, you’ve probably passed our door many times. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth from neighbors keeps us pretty busy. We just try to be honest about what can be done with a small budget. There is always a lot to juggle between the client’s ideas and what the city allows. We just take it one day at a time.
