Balram Kumar Sharma Architect

My office is located at 298-B/Sector-51-A and I work under my own name, Balram Kumar Sharma Architect. I have been doing this for a long time now. My setup is very simple. I do not have a big office with a lot of staff. It is just me in a room with my computer and a lot of drawing tools. I like it that way because I can keep an eye on every part of the job. Sector-51-A is a decent place to work from. It is quiet enough that I can concentrate on the math and the regulations that go into a building. I don't use any flashy language or try to impress people with big talk. I just show them the plans and explain how the construction will go. Building a house is a big deal and it can be very stressful for people, so I try to be as direct as I can about what is possible. Sometimes the permits take forever or a builder makes a mistake, and I have to be there to sort it out. My desk is usually covered in papers and coffee cups, but I know where everything is. I have lived around here for years and I know the local building rules pretty well. People come to me when they want someone who will just get the job done without any fuss. It is just me at 298-B, working on one house at a time and making sure the plans are solid.
