Apex Eating House Llp is based at Plot No. 351 in Phase 2 of the Industrial Area here in Chandigarh. We share this general location with some other businesses. It is an eating house, which basically means we serve food to whoever walks in. Being in the Industrial Area, we get a lot of people who work nearby looking for a meal. It is not a place for a fancy date. It is more for someone who wants to sit down and eat something filling. The furniture is practical, and the lighting is just standard. We do not have any professional chefs with tall hats. We just have good cooks who know how to handle a kitchen. The noise from the industrial units outside is always there in the background. We have been here for some time now. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook food and serve it. Sometimes the menu changes based on what we can get from the market that morning. It is a bit of a rough-and-tumble area, but it has its own character. We are just regular people running a kitchen. We try to keep the place clean, but it is hard with all the dust in the industrial zone. We do not do any big promotions. If the food is good, people come back. If not, they do not. That is the way it works for us at Plot 351, year after year.
