Angel Caterers

Our setup is over in the Industrial Area, Phase 2, right at Plot 112. Being in the 10 Marla section means we have a bit of space, but it’s always filled with crates and big cooking pots. It’s not the quietest spot in Chandigarh, but it works for what we do. We spend most of our mornings unloading vegetables and checking the gas cylinders. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to see what’s cooking because the smell travels pretty far in this part of town. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we’re all pretty close. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There’s always a lot of cleaning to do after a big wedding order, and that’s probably the part we like the least. But seeing the empty plates coming back makes it feel alright. We keep our tools simple and our recipes even simpler. No need to overcomplicate things when people just want a decent meal. If you ever find yourself in Phase 2, you might see our trucks heading out. It’s a busy life here in the industrial zone, but we wouldn’t really know what else to do with ourselves. We just keep our heads down and cook. Having a hot cup of tea together before the rush starts is our only real ritual.
