Aiika Cuisines Private Limited

Aiika Cuisines Private Limited is located at H. No. 423 in Sector 11. It is a basic setup in a regular house in Chandigarh. Most of our hours are spent in the kitchen area. Something is always cooking on the stove. The smell of garlic and onions is pretty much always there. No fancy chefs with tall hats work here. We are just people who know how to cook. The kitchen is busy and can get quite messy during the lunch rush. Chopping vegetables and preparing the meats happens every morning. Sector 11 is a central area, so it is convenient for us. Packing is done at a small table in the corner. Sometimes containers run out and someone has to run out and get more. This isn't a very polished operation. Getting the food done is the main focus. Heat from the burners is intense in the summer. A couple of fans help a little but they don't do a lot when the stove is full. We have been here for some time now. Local shops are where we buy our supplies. Our routine is simple. We start early, cook all day, and clean up late. A pile of dishes is usually waiting to be washed at the end of the shift. That is just how things go for us. The back window stays open to let the steam out.
