Ahluwalia Chetan Architect

I run Ahluwalia Chetan Architect out of my home at House No-1521 in Sector 33-D. It is a quiet residential area, which I prefer because it gives me the peace I need to work on my architectural drawings. I have turned one of the rooms into a dedicated office space. It is usually filled with rolls of paper, pens, and my computer where I do most of the technical drafting. I started this practice because I wanted to help local people with their building projects without having to work in a big, noisy office downtown. Most of my clients are folks from the neighborhood who want to add an extra room or build a new house from scratch. I spend a lot of time visiting sites to see how the construction is going and then I come back here to fix the plans. My desk often gets buried under sketches and notes, and I have to spend the weekends tidying it all up. Since I work alone, I handle everything from the first conversation to the final blueprints. Sector 33-D is a nice, settled place to live and work, and the neighbors are all very friendly. If you are looking for me, just find the house number 1521. There is not a big sign out front, just a small one by the door. I just do my work quietly and try to be practical.
