Ahana Restrobars Llp is located out in Phase 2 of the Industrial Area in Chandigarh. Plot No. 351 is where you will find us. It is a bit of a different vibe compared to the fancy sectors in the main city. Being in the industrial zone means it gets a lot of workers and people from the nearby businesses. We run a restrobar, which basically means we have food and drinks. It is not a five-star hotel experience, but it is comfortable enough. We get quite a few people coming in after their shifts are over. The interior is simple. We did not spend a fortune on architects. We just put in some tables and chairs and got the kitchen going. Chandigarh is a planned city, but this area feels a bit more rugged. We have had our share of ups and downs like any other business. Some nights are loud, some are pretty dead. We do not use much marketing speak because we do not really believe in it. People come in if the food is okay and the drinks are cold. That is the reality of it. We keep an eye on the costs and try to make sure everyone who works here is treated fairly. It is a busy life, especially on weekends. We are just one of many businesses in Phase 2 trying to make a living. It is a straightforward operation without any hidden agendas or corporate polish.
