Shahabganj is where we mostly do our work. Csc Chandauli Sahabganj Up Farmer Producer Company Limited got started because the farmers around here needed a way to get things done together. Shweta Devi’s place in the village is our main spot. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a room where we sit down and talk about the crops and what the season looks like. We don't have big machines or anything complicated. We mostly focus on what grows well in our soil. Sometimes the rain is good and sometimes it isn't. You just have to deal with it. When you walk through the village you can see how much everyone puts into their land. We try to keep things simple and honest. No one here is trying to be a big boss. We just want to make sure the farming stays steady for everyone in Shahabganj. It is a long day usually but we get through it together. We don't have many rules, just a common goal to keep the harvests coming in.
