B.K.K.P & Sons Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in Chandauli, over at Ikshwaku Kumar Maurya’s place in Banshipur Baburi. It is a family-oriented kind of setup, hence the "Sons" part of the name. We have been farming this land for a long time, and this company is just our way of keeping things organized as we grow. We handle a lot of the day-to-day farming tasks together, from plowing to harvesting. It’s a lot of physical labor, and my back usually aches by the time the sun goes down. We don’t have a big staff or anything like that. It is mostly family and neighbors who have been working side by side for years. We talk about the crops over tea and try to figure out what to plant next based on what the ground feels like. Chandauli is a good place for farming, but you still have to put in the hours if you want anything to grow. We don’t use marketing talk because we don't need to. Our work is right there in the fields for anyone to see. We just wanted a way to make sure our produce gets to where it needs to go without too much trouble. It is a simple operation based on hard work and knowing the land. We aren't trying to change the world; we're just trying to take care of our own and keep the farm going.
