Chhinmastika Kisan Producer Company Limited

We started Chhinmastika Kisan Producer Company Limited here in Madhi village. It's a small place, mostly just us local folks trying to get things organized for the farms around Chandauli. You can find us at the post office area in Madhi. Honestly, it’s not some big glass office or anything like that. Just a room where we sit and talk about seeds, weather, and how to get a better price for what we grow. People come by when they need help or just to see what's happening with the collective. Living in a place like 232110, you know everyone. We grew up here. My father was a farmer, and his father too. So we figured joining up as a producer company made sense. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing, and we aren't always the fastest at replying to letters, but we try. It’s hard work, especially when the rains don't come on time or the market is low. We spend a lot of time walking the fields and checking on the crops. If you're looking for us, we’re usually around the village or at the office in Madhi. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the land. We handle things locally. It’s mostly about making sure the small farmers here don’t get left behind. We just do our bit every day, keep the records as best as we can, and hope for a good harvest next season.
