Wincom Trading (India) Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Flat No. 6 at 8/26 in West Patel Nagar. Since we are in a residential flat, it feels more like a home than a cold office. We’ve converted the main rooms into workspaces with desks and filing cabinets. The kitchen area is where we usually take our breaks and talk about the day's tasks. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. West Patel Nagar is a lively area, so we often hear the sounds of the market and people passing by outside. We do a lot of our trading over the internet and phone, so as long as the connection is good, we are fine. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small plate by the door. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time, so they know exactly where to find us. The balcony is filled with some plants that one of the staff keeps alive. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get busy during the peak seasons. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes for a regular day of work. It’s a comfortable way to run a business without all the extra overhead of a big commercial building. We like the neighborhood and the people around here are mostly friendly to us. We’ve been here a long time now.
