Arsh Dairymax is tucked away at 68/5356 in the Reghar Pura area of Karol Bagh. If you’ve ever been through these lanes, you know how tight and crowded they are. It’s a busy part of Delhi and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We deal with dairy products, which means our mornings start very early, long before the sun is really up. The milk trucks have to navigate those narrow streets to get to us, and it’s always a bit of a scramble to get everything unloaded and processed. Our space isn't huge, so we have to be very organized with how we store things. The building is old, but we’ve got our equipment set up and it does the job. Most of the staff live nearby and walk to work. We spend our time checking the quality of the batches and making sure the packaging is tight. It’s a lot of lifting and moving heavy containers in a small space. The noise of the market and the shoppers in Karol Bagh is just part of the background here. We don’t have much time for sitting around. Once the orders are ready, they go out to the local shops and vendors. It’s a fast-paced environment and everything revolves around the freshness of the product we’re handling. The neighbors are mostly good people, and we all deal with the same issues like the parking and the narrow roads.
