Being in the World Trade Centre at Connaught Place means we are right in the thick of it. Our space is LG-115, which is down on the lower ground floor. It can be a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the building. Outside, Delhi is always moving at a crazy speed, but down here it’s a bit quieter, though you can still hear the rumble of the city. We spend our hours managing the international side of things from this small office. It’s got that old-school business feel that many places in CP still have. The lighting isn’t the brightest, and we’ve got stacks of files on almost every surface. Amoli International is basically just us sitting here making sure the orders are processed correctly and talking to suppliers. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer, but we manage. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a sleek modern office. We just need a central place where people can reach us and where we can get the job done. Lunch usually involves grabbing something from one of the nearby vendors or just walking around the inner circle for some air. It’s a busy life, and the commute on the Metro can be a real headache, but being at such a well-known address has its perks. We just keep our heads down and keep the business running as best as we can every single day.
