Wangnoo Cottage

Wangnoo Cottage is located at 7-B on the ground floor of Raza Market, right in Janpath Lane. This area is always full of tourists and locals looking for something unique. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people passing by our door all day long. Janpath is a busy place, and Janpath Lane has its own rhythm. The shop is not huge, but we make the most of the space we have. It is filled with different items we have collected over time. Sometimes the market gets very crowded, especially on the weekends, and the noise from the street carries inside. We have been here at Raza Market for quite a while now. The people in the neighboring shops are like a little community. We share tea and talk about how the day is going. It is a simple life here. We open up in the morning, dust the shelves, and wait for the first visitors. The lighting inside is a bit soft, which gives the place a calm feeling despite the chaos outside. We don’t go for flashy displays or big advertisements. Most people just stumble upon us while they are exploring the lane. It is an honest way to do business. We enjoy the interactions with the different people who walk through our door every day. It keeps the work interesting for us.
