Our shop is located in the Apsara Arcade Building, which is right by the Karol Bagh Metro Station on Pusa Road. Being at Shop No. 16 B1/8 means we get a lot of foot traffic from people coming off the metro or heading to the market. It is a very fast-paced area, and things stay busy from morning until late evening. We deal with all sorts of gift items, and since we are online too, we spend a good part of our day packing boxes and getting them ready for delivery. The shop floor is often covered with bubble wrap and tape because there is always something that needs to be sent out. It can get a bit hectic in this building, especially during the festive seasons when everyone is looking for something to give to their friends or family. We have been in this spot for a while, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The Pusa Road area is always noisy, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We keep a variety of things on our shelves, ranging from small trinkets to bigger items that people pick up on their way home. It is a lot of work keeping track of what is in stock and what has already been sold online. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the orders go to the right addresses. It is a simple gift business and we just work our hours.
