Customize Gifting

Customize Gifting is at No. 21 in the Municipal Market. We’re in the Outer Circle, right opposite Sagar Ratna in K Block. It’s a famous spot so people find us easily enough. The shop is small but we pack a lot into it. We have the heat press for t-shirts and the machines for mugs taking up most of the counter space. There’s always a bit of a hum from the computers. The walls are lined with examples of things we’ve printed before. It gets quite crowded when three or four customers come in at once. Being in Connaught Place means there’s always people walking around outside. We spend the day adjusting images on the screen and making sure the colors look okay on the final product. Sometimes the printer jams and we have to spend an hour fixing it. It’s a lot of fiddling with small settings. We keep some basic stock like plain white mugs and cushions in the back room. It’s a bit messy with boxes of ink and blank items. We’ve been here in the Municipal Market for a while now. It’s a practical space for what we do. You can hear the traffic from the circle all day long. We just get on with the orders as they come. It’s a simple setup but it works for us.
