Super Art India

Super Art India is tucked away at 798-Street Dorewalan, which is a little lane off the Main Bazar in Paharganj. If you’ve ever been to Paharganj, you know it’s a total maze. Our street is narrow, and you can hear the sounds of the market from our front door all day long. We don't have a big storefront with glass windows. Instead, we have a workspace where we spend our time making things by hand. The shelves are stuffed with supplies and half-finished projects. It might look disorganized to someone walking in for the first time, but there’s a system to it, I swear. We get a lot of travelers who wander in by mistake and end up staying for a chat. It’s a dusty place because the street outside is always busy with construction or carts moving by. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. Most of our days are just spent working on whatever order came in that morning. Sometimes we sit out on the stoop to have tea and watch the cows or the motorbikes go past. It’s a small life, but we like being part of the energy in Paharganj. We’ve been here so long that the building feels like an old friend, even if the roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard. We just put a bucket under it and keep on working until the day is over.
