Smayan Impex India is located at 17/6 in Shakti Nagar. It’s a regular building in a busy part of the neighborhood. We’ve been operating from here for a while, dealing with various import and export tasks. The office is usually cluttered with papers, shipping documents, and samples of whatever we are trading at the moment. It’s not a very big team, but we keep busy throughout the day. We spend a lot of time on the computer or on the phone trying to track shipments and talk to people at the ports. Shakti Nagar is a lively place to be, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We don't have any fancy signs or a polished reception area. It’s just a place where we do our work. Some days are slow, while others have us running around trying to meet a deadline before the day ends. We’ve gotten to know the other business owners on the street, which makes the day go by faster. We handle all the logistics ourselves, from the initial paperwork to making sure the crates are loaded. It’s a straightforward kind of business. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re more than we are. We just focus on the trade and making sure the goods get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s been our home for years and we’re happy with the spot.
